Community
Neuropathways is more than a diagnostic service. We’re part of a wider movement to make society more inclusive, informed and supportive of neurodivergent individuals. That means collaborating with local partners, running community events, and creating spaces where people feel empowered to connect, learn and thrive.

Community Events
We host regular community events, both online and in person, to bring neurodivergent individuals, families and professionals together. These range from relaxed drop-in sessions to focused workshops on emotional regulation, ADHD strategies or parenting support.
MindQuest is an online space designed to help neurodivergent young people build social skills, engagement and increase their wellbeing using Minecraft.
Through free online sessions, young people aged 7-18 in Swansea can participate in confidence-building activities.
Funded by Swansea Council.

Our partners
At Neuropathways, collaboration is key. We’re proud to work alongside organisations that share our commitment to neurodivergent communities, expanding access to information, advocacy, and specialist support.

We partner with Neurodivergence Wales to strengthen pathways to information, resources, and peer-led support across the region. Through signposting, shared expertise, and co-developed materials, we help individuals and families stay informed, empowered, and connected to wider community initiatives.

Our relationship with the National Autistic Society enables us to align with leading autism advocacy and education efforts. We actively integrate their guidance and resources into our family work and training offers, supporting best practice across services and promoting visibility for autistic individuals in all contexts.

We work in collaboration with Swansea Speech and Language, an independent specialist service led by Sioned McBride. With over 17 years’ experience, Sioned provides bilingual speech and language therapy across South Wales, using play-based, strengths-focused approaches tailored to each child.
This partnership strengthens our shared commitment to holistic, neurodiversity-affirming care, particularly where speech, language, and communication needs intersect with neurodevelopmental profiles. Together, we contribute to joined-up support that values each child’s unique way of connecting with the world.

We’re proud to collaborate with VIBE Youth, an award-winning community interest company based in Swansea. VIBE Youth specialises in supporting young people who have been underserved or overlooked, using lived experience, coaching, and evidence-based approaches to foster emotional resilience, self-awareness, and positive decision-making.
Our partnership reflects a shared commitment to early intervention and holistic support particularly for young people navigating complex emotional, behavioural, or neurodevelopmental challenges. Together, we contribute to a joined-up model of care that prioritises empowerment, inclusion, and long-term wellbeing.

We’re grateful for the support of Swansea’s Local Authority, whose community grant funding helps make our outreach events possible. This partnership enables us to deliver inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming activities that bring families, professionals, and young people together across the region.
By investing in our community engagement work, Swansea Council plays a vital role in promoting awareness, connection, and access to support, helping us create spaces where neurodivergent individuals feel seen, valued, and empowered.
Whether you’re a parent group, school, employer or local organisation, we’d love to explore how we can work together. From running joint workshops to developing referral pathways, we’re always open to new connections.
