About NeuroPathways

Why people choose us

Support built on trust, accountability and recognised standards

When you are choosing someone to support you or your family, it is important to know what sits behind the care you receive.

Our Welsh healthcare services are registered with Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW). Registration provides independent oversight of the wider service, including the systems, governance and standards that support the care we provide.

That sits alongside the professional and clinical standards behind our work. Our team works within appropriate professional registrations, our clinical practice follows relevant NICE guidance, and our wider certifications support quality management, information security and responsible ways of working.

These standards may not always be visible during an appointment, but they are an important part of creating a service that is safe, evidence informed, accountable and always looking for ways to improve.
